حذف حساب تم — Delete TAM Account

الحذف من داخل التطبيق

يمكنك حذف حسابك مباشرة من داخل تطبيق «تم» عبر إعدادات الحساب / الملف الشخصي.

طلب الحذف خارج التطبيق

إذا تعذّر عليك الوصول للتطبيق، أرسل طلب حذف إلى بريد الدعم: developer@tammksa.com.

بيانات تعريف الحساب

  • زوّدنا بما يكفي للتعرّف على الحساب — يُفضّل رقم الجوال أو البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بالحساب.
  • لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رموز التحقق (OTP) أو رقم الهوية أو بيانات البطاقة البنكية أو أي معلومات حساسة غير لازمة.

التحقق من الهوية

قد تتحقق «تم» من ملكية الحساب قبل تنفيذ طلب الحذف.

البيانات التي تُحذف

بعد التحقق، تُحذف معلومات الحساب/الملف الشخصي والبيانات الشخصية المرتبطة بالحساب أو تُجهَّل حيثما كان ذلك مناسبًا، وفق المتطلبات التقنية والنظامية.

البيانات التي قد تُحتَفظ

قد تُحتَفظ ببعض سجلات المعاملات والمدفوعات والضرائب والمحاسبة ومنع الاحتيال والنزاعات أو السجلات المطلوبة نظامًا، للمدة التي يتطلبها النظام المعمول به أو الالتزامات التشغيلية المشروعة.

المعالجة

سيتم التعامل مع طلب الحذف بعد التحقق من ملكية الحساب ووفق المتطلبات النظامية والتشغيلية المعمول بها.

Delete from inside the app

You can delete your account directly in the TAM app via Account / Profile settings.

Request deletion outside the app

If you cannot access the app, email a deletion request to developer@tammksa.com.

Identifying your account

  • Provide enough information to identify the account — preferably the phone number or email associated with it.
  • Do not send your password, OTP codes, national ID, payment card details, or any unnecessary sensitive information.

Identity verification

TAM may verify account ownership before processing the deletion request.

Data that will be deleted

After verification, account/profile information and personal data associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized where applicable, subject to technical and legal requirements.

Data that may be retained

Some transaction, payment, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legally required records may be retained for the period required by applicable law or legitimate operational obligations.

Processing

Deletion requests are handled after account ownership is verified and in accordance with applicable legal and operational requirements.
